Score is a developer's recent rate of public GitHub events divided by their own baseline rate, plus a small constant so a new account has a baseline to divide by.
Recent 7d counts events in the last 7 days; Baseline 28d counts the 28 days before that.
Above 1 means faster than their own past; a steady account sits near 1. Public activity only, the same for every visitor.
